Good morning everyone.

Today I am posting one of the most important articles I think I will ever post here at E-Liberty! I ask you to please read what Devvy Kidd is saying in this article! What you are reading is truth. I know before when I have suggested these facts to others they would either deny it all or laugh and say you cannot stand against the IRS. Well now you can. HOW THE IRS VIOLATES ITS OWN CODE

The response to my recent article, IRS Makes Chilling Proclamation, was overwhelming and really got folks angry. Good. It's about time something nudged the people of this nation out of their self induced comas to face a harsh reality: Our servant government (both Republicans and Democrats) have lied to you for the past eight decades regarding the income tax. The IRS cannot handle the situation any longer, so they are resorting to unlawful enforcement actions and using the "mainstream media" to instill even greater fear in the American people.

The big lie

The big lie is that the income tax applies to domestic Americans, when it fact, it does not. The powers that be know the American people simply don't want to believe that their favorite politician, whether it be FDR, Joe Libermann, Dana Rohrabacher, Jimmy Carter, Jesse Helms, Diane Feinstein or George Bush, Jr., have been lying to them. People would rather willfully believe the big lie than face reality. The path of least resistance and that's how slaves are made.

However, the IRS knows that more and more Americans are finding out that the income tax does not apply to domestic Americans. This is a provable fact and it is the single and only reason the IRS and DOJ reneged on the Truth-in-Taxation Hearings that were scheduled for February 27 & 28, 2002. On those days, the people were to sit in the seats normally occupied by members of Congress in an official hearing room just like you see on C-SPAN, with the IRS and DOJ sitting at tables as witnesses.
Those hearings were brokered by Congressman Roscoe Bartlett. In the end, IRS and DOJ thumbed their noses at We the People and refused to send their witnesses. You see, they couldn't. They could not take the chance that so many people would find out the truth about jurisdiction and who the income tax applies to under the law as written. This writer currently has three FOIA lawsuits in Federal District Court against Ashcroft, the IRS and Treasury in an attempt to obtain the documents revealing why DOJ and IRS reneged on the deal made for those hearings.

Because the truth has become self-evident regarding the fraudulent nature of the income tax, its deliberate misapplication against an unsuspecting, but dutiful people, the new Commissar of the IRS, Mark Everson, has begun issuing nothing less than Nazi styled proclamations that if anyone dares to expose this truth or not "pay their fair share," our servant government will step up its tyrannical attack on what used to be a free people.

If you don't own the fruits of your own labor, you are NOT free, you are a slave. Right now, petty despots in third world dumping grounds, the Pakistani government and the Russian Mafia own the fruits of your labor via your money paid to the IRS and funneled to the IMF (International Monetary Fund) via the central bank. That’s a fact.

It's the money, honey

The grind by millions of us who fully understand the monetary system in this country and its direct relationship to this insidious, progressive, direct taxation, know that none of it is necessary or essential to fund a limited form of Republican government. Neither is a flat tax, a "fair" tax or a consumption tax.

This culture of the IRS and taxation needs to be re-examined by those who don't know history and certainly don't understand the central bank and why it’s so dangerous to our liberties. Get the truth before you fall into the well designed trap of accepting these other phony fixes (flat tax, sales tax, VAT) that will only continue feeding the privately owned "Federal" Reserve. Common methods of stealing from the American People

Let me give you some facts that you may not be aware of, but should. The IRS gets away with their illegal activities against Americans for two reasons: (1) the big fear factor, and (2) because of the lack of facts by those being plundered by IRS employees and attorneys whose only concern is for their paycheck. They care nothing for the law and are little better than government sanctioned thieves. Do they know the truth? Of course they do, but when it comes to the law and paychecks, the law takes a back seat.

Revenue Officers send out an IRS form numbered 688-A, "Notice of Levy" to banks, brokers and employers. Problem here is, they always send out this form lacking something very important: an actual levy or court order.
On the back of this form you will find "excerpts" from Title 26, the IRC, code section 6331, the "Levy and Distraint" code section. But, a funny thing one sees is that this excerpt begins with paragraph b, with paragraph a omitted. Does that have any meaning? It certainly does if you look at the code:

The authority to levy is restricted to and contained within Section 6331(a) of the Internal Revenue Code. IRC 6331 - Levy and distraint.

(a) Authority of Secretary. If any person liable to pay any tax neglects or refuses to pay the same within 10 days after notice and demand, it shall be lawful for the Secretary to collect such tax (and such further sum as shall be sufficient to cover the expenses of the levy) by levy upon all property and rights to property (except such property as is exempt under section 6334) belonging to such person or on which there is a lien provided in this chapter for the payment of such tax.
Levy may be made upon the accrued salary or wages of any officer, employee, or elected official, of the United States, the District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of the United States or the District of Columbia, by serving a notice of levy on the employer (as defined in section 3401(d)) of such officer, employee, or elected official). If the Secretary makes a finding that the collection of such tax is in jeopardy, notice and demand for immediate payment of such tax may be made by the Secretary and, upon failure or refusal to pay such tax, collection thereof by levy shall be lawful without regard to the 10-day period provided in this section.

Whoops! Do you see yourself, your brother-in-law or friend who isn't an officer, employee or elected official of the United States, District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of the United States of the District of Columbia, fitting in this description of a "person liable" under this sction of the Internal Revenue Code?

Didn't think so, but this major legal fact is deliberately withheld from the terrified "taxpayer" who will get down on their knees in total fear of losing the roof over their heads and sign over their life in "scheduled payments" to these thieves. It is fear which has kept this fraudulent system alive for so long.

But, we're not done yet. Let's look at code section 6332(c) under "special rule for banks:"

Special rule for banks

Any bank (as defined in section 408(n)) shall surrender (subject to an attachment or execution under judicial process) any deposits (including interest thereon) in such bank only after 21 days after service of levy.
This section of Title 26 states that a notice of levy must be accompanied by an "attachment" of levy (court order). The IRS never includes the attachment of levy with the Notice of Levy. Why? According to John Turner, former Revenue Officer, Collection Division:
“Even though CID agents do have "Enforcement" Pocket Commissions they are not the ones that collect taxes. But even if they were in the business of collecting delinquent taxes, as are RO’s [revenue officers], an “enforcement” commission would still not authorize them to “levy”.
“What the nonenforcement pocket commission illustrates is that the Internal Revenue Code and the 16th Amendment (assuming for a moment that it had been properly ratified) are constitutional as written, which includes the idea that citizens cannot lose their property without constitutional due process (not the bastardized form of “due process” that the Courts have allowed with respect to collection of income tax).

“What do I mean by that? Well, it has to do with the notion that the needs of the State take precedence over the needs of your individual rights. They think that nothing, including your individual rights, should interrupt or delay the revenue to the government. So, they have specified that you may pay your taxes and sue the government, therefore, your due process is still intact.

“In other words, force cannot be used in the administrative collection (enforced collection actions) used by RO’s. They DON’T collect with court orders (due process) and the notices of levy are all made possible only by the assistance of third parties (banks, employers, ignorance of citizens, etc.)
“As an aside, that is why the law isn't written with specific enough language to demonstrate clearly that income tax is required. If the law actually applied to most Americans they would word it in such a way. It is NOT worded in such a way as to be clearly mandatory and that keeps it from crossing the line and becoming out of harmony with the Constitution.
“The nonenforcement pocket commission, which is issued to people who supposedly perform “enforcement” activities (levy, etc.), illustrates and confirms also that IRS agents don't have authority to use force to take people’s property – that would break the law.
”Revenue Officers have no bona fide legal or IRC authority to engage in enforcement activity; this common method of stealing by the IRS is a common as the sun rising. Further clarification of how this fraud is jammed down the throats of unsuspecting Americans is the fact that Revenue Officers only have statutory administrative authority and carry a "pocket commission" with ID numbers that begin with the letter "A" for administrative.”

Tip of the Iceberg

The deception laid out above is only the tip of the iceberg. At this time, this writer is looking into the "big kahoona" of fraud knowingly committed by the IRS: mail fraud.
It has been brought to my attention by a former FBI veteran who left that organization for a number of reasons, one being he couldn't stomach what was going on, is that the IRS is also engaging in mail fraud, see 18 U.S.C. Section 1341 - Fraud and Swindles.
This is directly tied to the code violations above and possibly represent RICO violations against IRS employees/officers and agents who participate in such fraud. If this proves to be the case, it's time to move forward legally against those IRS employees engaging in this illegal activity. No one is above the law.

Get off the plantation

It is honorable to want to "pay your fair share" to ensure there is adequate funds to fund our military and the other limited areas of expenditures authorized Congress under Article 1, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution. Paying a tax you lawfully owe is the right thing to do, the key word here being lawfully.
There are no other organizations in this country today that are lawfully and non-violently taking the strongest action to stop these criminal activities by the IRS, via stopping the withholding and exposing the nature of the voluntary income tax, than We the People Foundation and We the People Congress, Inc. These organizations are not "think tanks." They are education and action oriented.

Critical mass is needed and that means you getting involved.

The Sun has unleashed its largest recorded solar flare, capping 10 days of unprecedented activity for the star.
The blast sent billions of tonnes of superhot gas into space - some of it directed towards our planet.

Scientists say the Sun's current spate of activity has produced the most dramatic events seen on the solar surface since regular monitoring began.

Space weather forecasters have been kept busy tracking the impact of geomagnetic storms on the Earth.

The gas cloud starts on its way
Last week there were X7 and X10 events that took place back-to-back.

Tuesday's flare went off the scale; researchers say it was "well above X20". A precise description is difficult because some monitoring satellites were briefly blinded the scale of the event.

Even so, experts say the Tuesday event must have been the most powerful ever recorded, surpassing the X20 flares of 2 April 2001 and 16 August 1989.

The major flares have come from sunspot region 486, now officially the most active solar region in recorded solar observational history.

Because 486 is close to the Sun's western limb, the blast was not directed straight towards the Earth.

Buffeted Earth

Nevertheless, our planet's magnetic sheath may still be hit by clouds of charged particles in the next 24 or 48 hours and could give rise to geomagnetic storms.

Skywatchers have been told to be on alert for spectacular aurorae in darkened skies.

These dancing polar lights are generated when fast-moving particles (electrons and protons) ejected from the Sun get trapped in the magnetic field around the Earth, and collide with the gases in the upper atmosphere.

Some orbiting satellites could be in the firing line, too. The mass of electrons contained in these surges can damage onboard microchips. Operations may need to be temporarily suspended to protect sensitive equipment.

And high energy radiation hitting our atmosphere could also interrupt short-wave radio transmissions and cause errors in navigation systems.

Dr Paal Brekke, deputy project scientist for the Solar Heliospheric Observatory (Soho) Sun-monitoring satellite, told BBC News Online: "I think the last week will go into the history books as one of the most dramatic solar activity periods we have seen in modern times."

What a beautiful weekend we had and what a beautiful fall season we are experiencing in Georgia this year!. For a change it has really been cool and I am hoping that the Holiday Seasons will be a wonderful time to celebrate all that the Lord has done for us.

In a world gone crazy, it is comforting to know that our God is in control and no matter what happens, we win in the end. However,I am amazed at the boldness of the enemies of God and freedom and the article I posted today shares with the reader many truths about America. I fear we lived too long in the matrix and refused to look at the evil that was taking over our country one step at a time

I used to ask how the Jews could have stayed in Germany under the Nazi's and not flee for their lives. Now I realize that their freedoms were taken little by little and they were caught in the net of tyrrany before they even realized what had happened to them. Now I fear we are in that net in America and most people do not even realize it. I think that as Americans we do not want to admit that we have lost our freedom. That does not change the fact that we have and if a person stands against the tyrrany, they quickly find out that truth. There is a controlling power in this nation that wants a global government and are determined to have it whether the people want it or not. Just look at the evil spewed forth in those debates last night and the arrogance of the left in their quest for total socialism in our country.

What the author in this article proclaims is that we are already in a totalitarian state and just do not know it yet. However I fear we will soon experience this awful truth. May the Lord bring revival and sight to a blinded nation!

Ten Commandments turmoil just beginning?

The issue surrounding Judge Raymond Moore in Alabama highlights the burning issue of our day: What is the relationship between religion, politics, and justice?

First of all, it is important to realize that Judge Moore is not alone on this issue of the Ten Commandments. In Ohio, Judge Jim De Weese also has an ongoing legal battle with the ACLU for hanging the Ten Commandments in his courtroom. Judge De Weese had the Bill of Rights on one side of the courtroom and the Ten Commandments on the other, and as he explains it, “one details people’s rights while the other details their duties.”

Here we have a balanced approach to law and religion. But what is easily forgotten is a statement made so well by author and financial adviser R.E. McMaster: “politics is religion applied to economics.”

Now this succinct statement captures it all. Politics and religion are inseparable, as the founding fathers of the USA Constitution understood so well. Every piece of legislation is an enactment of what someone thinks is right for society. Every action condemned in legislation is the politicians’ idea of what is bad.

But herein lies the problem. If legislation is an enactment of a moral code, whose moral code should be enacted? Oh, we can play games that this or that idea is just a matter of interpretation, but at the end of the day some issues are quite clear and beyond question. For example, most people understand the words “Thou shalt not steal” or “Thou shalt not murder.” Many of these same people have a little less understanding of the words, “Thou shalt not commit adultery.” But the issue here is not so one of understanding as it is a willingness to comply with the simple meaning of the words. We don’t want people taking our goods so we enforce property rights in some areas, but we do want open access to sex at the same time.

The late Ludwig von Mises, the Austrian economist, understood that an economic system based on central controls requires the planners to have omniscience—all knowledge. They also need omnipotence—all power—to ensure they can enforce their legislation. Thus the planned economy leads to total control—totalitarianism.

That our so-called free nations of the world enact thousands of pages of new legislation each year—more than any person can keep up with—is indication that Mises’ observation is correct. Totalitarianism is on the horizon for most of us, and in principle is here. Practically, there is more legislation need to complete the controls. Terrorism is the excuse many needed to complete the task.

Too many believe that a knight in shining white armour as a political leader will solve all our problems. Somehow more legislation is supposed to solve our problem of too much legislation.

For many, a political solution is better than a religious one, but these are not the choices. Our choice is this: which religion will our political leaders apply to economics and other legislative acts?

What a scripture verse! Now I know that the verse is talking about falling away from the truth of scriptures in the church and boy, are we seeing that today!! However, in our article today, Ann Coulter hit the nail on the head concerning the insane behavior of some of our politicians. Right is wrong and wrong is right and to boot, the liberals who are supposed to be so tolerant are attacking those who speak the truth with a vengance. Could it possibly be that we just might be in the last days? I think so and the great news is that God will finally get enough of this evil tide and put a final stop to it all.

Bush Official Caught In Church Dragnet


In an emerging scandal, NBC News has produced tapes proving beyond deniability that the new deputy undersecretary of defense for intelligence is ... a Christian. Lt. Gen. William G. "Jerry" Boykin has been captured on a series of grainy tapes, attesting to his faith at churches and prayer breakfasts. Having driven the Judeo-Christian value system out of the public square, the classrooms and the Alabama Supreme Court, liberals now want to drive it out of church.

In one "inflammatory" remark, Boykin said that the enemy was not Osama bin Laden or Saddam Hussein, but "is a spiritual enemy. He's called the principality of darkness. The enemy is a guy called Satan."

Islamic leaders in the United States instantly denounced Boykin's unflattering characterization of bin Laden and Hussein as an attack on Islam. They haven't been this huffy since describing bin Laden as "not a true Muslim" and Hussein as a "secularist." If our enemies aren't "true Muslims," why are the "true Muslims" always so offended on their behalf?

James Zogby, president of the Arab American Institute, has called for Boykin to be fired. After the 9-11 attacks, Zogby said: "Regardless of who is ultimately found to be responsible for these terrorist murders, no ethnic or religious community should be treated as suspect and collectively blamed." But apparently they are collectively offended. They might want to think through the implications of that. If we have to apologize for the general, then maybe they should apologize for 9-11.

Zogby made the curious argument that Boykin is "unfit for the position" because he has "become a weapon our enemies will use against us." On Fox News' "Hannity and Colmes," a Clinton administration official made the same inane point, saying Boykin's remarks "could be used as a recruitment video for Osama bin Laden." I love the idea of moderate Arabs carefully poring over American newspapers before deciding whether or not to join al-Qaida.

In fact, an Arab-American was quoted in the Boston Globe saying Boykin's remarks "made most people in our community think the Bush administration is racist." That's interesting. The deputy undersecretary of defense calls Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein evil – and all those patriotic Arabs we keep hearing about are lost to Bush forever! Osama supporters are now moving decisively to the Dean camp.

In another talk, Gen. Boykin recalled seeing a Somalian warlord on television laughing at Americans and saying they would never capture him because his God, Allah, would protect him. Boykin said: "Well, you know what? I knew that my God was bigger than his. I knew that my God was a real God, and his was an idol."

A reporter for the Los Angeles Times claimed that Boykin referred to the God of Islam as "an idol." The reporter, of course, was committing a hate crime by assuming that fascist warlords trying to kill Americans are practicing "true Islam." As we have repeatedly been assured, they are not. Apparently, what Boykin should have said is: "Well, you know what? I knew that his remark was a violation of separation of church and state!"

In any event, I guess we've come a long way from calling our enemies "nips" and "krauts." Now we can't even say they're idolaters. When referring to people trying to kill Americans, how about we pull only from the list of names liberals use every day of the week for George Bush, Dick Cheney, John Ashcroft and Gen. Boykin?

Boykin also said the terrorists are "after us because we're a Christian nation." This is just silly. As Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad recently indicated in his speech before the Islamic Summit Conference, they are after us because we are a Jewish nation.

Last week Democratic presidential candidates speaking to an Arab-American conference were tripping over one another for the Osama-is-not-Satan vote by demanding Boykin's resignation. These characters are terrific at figuring how to fire anyone in the Bush administration except Norman Mineta. How about we trade in Mineta for the 20-year-old kid who managed to place boxcutters, bleach and molding clay on four airplanes? If only he had put them in his shoes! Then Norman Mineta would have caught him.

Sen. Kerry said Boykin's remarks were "un-American." The only people you can't call un-American are the ones burning the American flag or demanding an apology from a man who called Osama bin Laden satanic.

Howard Dean said the American flag "does not belong to Gen. Boykin," it belongs to all Americans. Could someone rustle up a liberal who actually owns a flag?

In the most pathetic case of pandering in recorded history, Sen. Joe Lieberman called for Boykin's resignation before the group, but still got booed. Lieberman said "the war on terror is a war on terrorists, not religion." Who is Lieberman standing up for here? Is he upset because Boykin compared the terrorists to Satan or Satan to the terrorists?

Boykin is a highly decorated officer who has participated in nearly every major military operation for the past 25 years – from Jimmy Carter's failed attempt to rescue hostages in Iran, to Reagan's successful invasion of Grenada, to Clinton's disastrous "Black Hawk Down" episode in Somalia. (Say, anyone notice a pattern?) No one has questioned the general's job qualifications. Liberals want him fired because he spoke in a church. If Gen. Boykin had been caught giving talks to NAMBLA instead of church groups, Democrats would be hailing him as a patriot for exercising his First Amendment rights.

Rep. John Conyers, D-Mich., demanded that Boykin be reprimanded or reassigned, saying his views were "extreme," "closed-minded" and "zealous." We should be more open-minded toward people trying to kill us.

Rev. Welton Gaddy, president of the Interfaith Alliance, said Boykin's remarks "fly in the face of the pleas of the president and violate the basic principles of tolerance and inclusion that are implicit in the culture of this nation." Uh-oh. If liberals don't like what Boykin said about the terrorists, wait until they find out about the MOAB bombs the U.S. military has been dropping on them.

IRS MAKES CHILLING PROCLAMATION

On September 16, 2003, the IRS hosted a press conference to announce a new partnership with the states of the Union to further violate the rights of Americans in their quest to "generate more revenues."

While it's nothing new for the IRS to continue their unchecked rampage against the American people, there was much more to this little press conference than most folks can appreciate, so I'll spell it out here for everyone.

Since 1999, We the People Foundation for Constitutional Education, Inc., based in New York and headed up by Robert Schulz, have petitioned the federal government to answer serious, legitimate questions regarding the legitimacy of the federal income tax and the deliberate misapplication of Title 26 against domestic Americans.

Since 1999, not one single employee, agent or representative of the IRS or the DOJ have felt the need to answer the questions of the people. As is typical with a tyrannical government, these servants of the people have forgotten something very important: This government was created of, by and for the people of these united States of America and the power still lies with the people.

The most chilling of remarks

During this press conference, a senior IRS official by the name of Terry Lemons made the following proclamation in response to a question by David Cay Johnston of the NY Times: Why won't the IRS answer the questions set forth in the petitions from We the People Foundation?

According to Johnston, Lemons said the government is answering our Petitions through "enforcement actions."

The government will now answer legitimate petitions for redress of grievance under the First Amendment through the use of brute force because that’s exactly what the IRS’ "enforcement actions" amount to every day of the week.

This statement by Mr. Lemons is chilling and should be the clarion call to every American out there who values freedom and believes that our rights, so articulately defined in the Bill of Rights, cannot be nullified or taken away by Mr. Lemons or any government official.

The right to petition the government has a long and detailed history. Every American should know the history of this precious right because on September 16, 2003, the IRS laid down the gauntlet to the American people and simply decided to nullify part of the First Amendment. The IRS has made the clear threat that if any American dares question their unlawful activities, the IRS will respond with "enforcement."

Echoes of Patrick Henry

On March 23, 1775, Patrick Henry, the famous and fiery orator of the Revolution War period, gave his "liberty or death" speech. Here are some of his words:

"Mr. President, it is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the numbers of those who, having eyes, see not, and, having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth, to know the worst, and to provide for it.

"I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience. I know of no way of judging of the future but by the past….Is it that insidious smile with which our petition has been lately received?

"Ask yourselves how this gracious reception of our petition comports with those warlike preparations which cover our waters and darken our land….Let us not deceive ourselves, sir. These are the implements of war and subjugation; the last arguments to which kings resort. I ask gentlemen, sir, what means this martial array, if its purpose be not to force us to submission? Can gentlemen assign any other possible motive for it?

"Has Great Britain any enemy, in this quarter of the world, to call for all this accumulation of navies and armies? No, sir, she has none. They are meant for us: they can be meant for no other. They are sent over to bind and rivet upon us those chains which the British ministry have been so long forging. And what have we to oppose to them? Shall we try argument? Sir, we have been trying that for the last ten years. Have we anything new to offer upon the subject? Nothing.

"We have held the subject up in every light of which it is capable; but it has been all in vain. Shall we resort to entreaty and humble supplication? What terms shall we find which have not been already exhausted? Let us not, I beseech you, sir, deceive ourselves. Sir, we have done everything that could be done to avert the storm which is now coming on. We have petitioned; we have remonstrated; we have supplicated; we have prostrated ourselves before the throne, and have implored its interposition to arrest the tyrannical hands of the ministry and Parliament. Our petitions have been slighted; our remonstrances have produced additional violence and insult; our supplications have been disregarded; and we have been spurned, with contempt, from the foot of the throne! In vain, after these things, may we indulge the fond hope of peace and reconciliation."

Do these words not ring true today? We the People have petitioned and received nothing but arrogance and silence from our servant government. We have remonstrated, we have supplicated. We have politely and respectfully asked our servant government to respond to our petitions.

And now, our servant government's final answer is that they will answer our petitions through "enforcement." The federal Mafia has now made it perfectly clear that our rights are theirs to trash whenever they so feel inclined and this outrage, this clear and present danger to our God-given freedoms, is clearly kissed and blessed by the Republican controlled Congress. The U.S. Congress has become nothing more than a body of cheap suits masquerading as lawmakers.

Several years ago, this author wrote an article titled ‘The I'm Too Afraid Brigade Has Arrived’ [http://www.ninehundred.net/~devvy/fear.html]. In that article I basically called on all Americans to go out and rent a bucket of guts and get with this movement to stop our servant government from shackling us permanently. Well?

What future?

After almost 14 years in this movement, I have seen some amazing things and have been honored to know good, decent Americans like Joseph Banister, John Turner, Sherry Jackson, Robert Schulz and many others who have displayed extraordinary courage by standing up to this government.

None of us are anti-government nor do we advocate avoiding a tax that is owed. What we are is anti-corruption by government officials and fraud practiced upon the people of this country, backed up by brute force. What we the people demand of our servant government are the same things demanded by those who birthed this Republic and we aren't getting it.

Our children and grand babies have no future except as indentured servants, that’s a fact. Unless and until the people stop allowing their fear to control their lives and stand tall and firm like Patrick Henry, more and more officials like Terry Lemons will come forward and announce that you have no First or Second or Fourth Amendment rights.

We the People Foundation will soon file a very important, "first impression" lawsuit on this issue of the right to petition and the obligation of our servant government to answer. I hope you will join us in this battle for our very freedom, for if we the People don't stand up now, we will die in shame and shackles. After this chilling proclamation by the IRS, clearly an agency that has crossed over the line, no one who claims to love this Republic has the luxury any longer of sitting on the sidelines as an observer.

If we don't run these lawbreakers to ground now, what generation will do it? The law is clearly on our side, now we need millions to stand up and just say no.

Freedom cannot be attained and retained by observers.

Freedom gained and kept can only be achieved with a warrior class who will stand firm and live the words they speak.

Will you be part of the warrior class? If not, Samuel Adams, American Patriot and politician, summed it up best:

The Communist Party USA will not run a candidate for president, will not support progressive third-party bids but will instead throw its support behind the Democratic Party in an all-out effort to defeat President Bush and the Republican Congress, reports Joseph Farah's G2 Bulletin.

The giveaway of the party's plan, reports the online intelligence newsletter, is a frequent call for a ''united front'' to defeat Bush by major figures and spokesmen. This is the language employed by the party in the past when it has supported liberal candidates and issues not necessarily under party discipline, says G2 Bulletin.

As far back as April 17, Joelle Fishman, chairwoman of the party's political action committee, wrote in a report to the national board that Communists should not field a candidate of their own in 2004.

''Our presidential campaigns in the past were a great opportunity to project our program, and I'm sure we will find ourselves at that point some time in the future,'' she wrote. ''At this moment, we will convey our program best by working with all out might to build the broadest possible coalitions, fronts and networks that can defeat the undemocratic, imperialistic Bush war machine. This is our responsibility to our own class here and internationally.''

Fishman also mentioned discussions with the Green Party and other ''left'' organizations in which the Communists have argued against presidential and congressional candidates by third parties, adding, ''one united push is required to defeat the Republican stronghold.''

''The discussion will require a special approach with groups like the Campus Greens and the Peace and Freedom Party in California,'' she continued.

At a June 29 meeting in New York, the national committee approved a resolution making the defeat of Bush and the Republican majority in Congress the ''number one priority.''

''Discussion is also taking place within the Green Party about whether to run a presidential candidate this year,'' said a report to the national committee this summer. ''A section of Greens have come to agree that the defeat of Bush is the number one issue.''

However, not all of the Democratic presidential candidates energize the Communists. While the party has not yet weighed in on the candidacy of Gen. Wesley Clark, officials speak and write critically of Sen. Joe Lieberman, ''who has played an enabling role of the Bush administration by leading on compromises that undercut stronger Democratic proposals, especially in foreign policy.''

The party is also leery of John Edwards and Richard Gephardt because of their association with the less-progressive Democratic Leadership Council.


Dennis Kucinich, Co-chairman of Congressional Progressive Caucus

The party has nothing but praise for Sen. John Kerry, Bob Graham, Howard Dean, Al Sharpton and Carol Moseley Braun. But, judging from the accolades and laudatory comments, Dennis Kucinich, the co-chairman of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, is by far the favorite Democratic candidate. His co-chairwoman is Barbara Lee, D-Calif., who has a career-long history of associations with Communist Party and extremist groups and individuals.

Lee is a long-time friend of Communist Party militant Angela Davis, a former Communist Party presidential candidate, and succeeded another radical from the city of Oakland, Rep. Ron ''Red'' Dellums. Lee paid her establishment political dues – first as an aide to Dellums and later as a California assemblywoman and state senator. However, less known is Lee's service on the national coordinating committee of the ''Committees of Correspondence,'' an organization that splintered from the Communist Party USA in 1991. Davis, the three-time Communist Party candidate for vice president of the United States, served by her side.

''The field of Democratic presidential hopefuls is not monolithic,'' explained a report by Fishman to the CPUSA national committee June 28. ''Rep. Kucinich (D-Ohio) and Rev. Al Sharpton are playing a radicalizing role Sharpton is campaigning for constitutional amendments to guarantee the right to vote, to education and to health care. Kucinich has pledged his first act as president will be to repeal NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) and the WTO (World Trade Organization). He has introduced and co-sponsored legislation to form a Department of Peace, to abolish the death penalty and to end pre-emptive military policy, among many others.''

''It will take an extraordinary united all-people's front with a movement on the ground to defeat the Bush right-wing agenda in 2004,'' explained a report to the CPUSA national committee June 28, again written by Fishman. ''It can be done with the combination of the labor vote, the women's vote and African-American and Latino vote, combined with the youth vote, the peace vote, the environmental vote, the senior vote, the farm vote, etc., all of whom are pledged to work as they never have before.''

Kucinich's Progressive Caucus is a socialist-leaning bloc of about 60 votes or nearly 30 percent of the minority vote in the lower chamber. Until 1999, the website of the Progressive Caucus was hosted by the Democratic Socialists of America.

Following an expose of the link between the two organizations in WorldNetDaily, the Progressive Caucus established its own website under the auspices of the Congress. Another officer of the Progressive Caucus, and one of its guiding lights, is avowed socialist Rep. Bernie Sanders, the Vermont independent.

The Democratic Socialists of America's chief organizing goal is to work within the Democratic Party and remove the stigma attached to ''socialism'' in the eyes of most Americans.

''Stress our Democratic Party strategy and electoral work,'' explains an organizing document of the DSA. ''The Democratic Party is something the public understands, and association with it takes the edge off. Stressing our Democratic Party work will establish some distance from the radical subculture and help integrate you to the milieu of the young liberals.''

Nevertheless, the goal of the Democratic Socialists of America has never been deeply hidden. Prior to the cleanup of its website in 1999, the DSA included a song list featuring ''The Internationale,'' the worldwide anthem of communism and socialism. Another song on the site was ''Red Revolution'' sung to the tune of ''Red Robin.'' The lyrics went: ''When the Red Revolution brings its solution along, along, there'll be no more lootin' when we start shootin' that Wall Street throng. ...'' Another song removed after WorldNetDaily's expose was ''Are You Sleeping, Bourgeoisie?'' The lyrics went: ''Are you sleeping? Are you sleeping? Bourgeoisie, Bourgeoisie. And when the revolution comes, We'll kill you all with knives and guns, Bourgeoisie, Bourgeoisie.''

In the last three years, the Progressive Caucus has been careful to moderate its image for mainstream consumption. ''The members of the Progressive Caucus share a common belief in the principles of social and economic justice, non-discrimination and tolerance in America and in our relationships with other countries,'' the group's statement of purpose explains. Most of the members of the Progressive Caucus, including House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, opposed authorizing the war on Iraq. In fact, most Democrats in the House opposed the war resolution. Then House Minority Leader Gephardt and 81 other House Democrats supported the move.
