Fact: When James Oglethorpe founded Savannah, lawyers were prohibited from setting up shop here. I wonder why? Savannah was a Debtor Colony and the people fleeing England had been victims of a system where the bankers and lawyers ruled. 5. Bank customers fund their own mortgage transactions by signing a note. The note is the creation of currency that never existed before being signed by the customer.
6. Because the banks have monopolized the market on negotiable instruments, only banks will accept your promissory note. You can't buy groceries with a promissory note for example.
7. The practice of failing to disclose these facts in the mortgage agreement voids and nullifies the note because it violates 12 CFR 226.17(c)(1) of the Truth in Lending Law.
8. Unsecured debts assigned to debt collectors are not legally enforceable without the consent of the customer.
9. The banks must pay their customers back the entire value of each note and credit limit minus fees and interest.

I am reminded of the scripture that instructs Christians to, " Come out from among them and be separate and touch not the unclean thing saith the Lord of Host." Many of us will allow our children to go out and Trick or Treat tonight on the high holy day of Satan. I pray the time will come when all who name the name of the Lord Jesus will decide not to celebrate this Unholy Day! Now while the holiday goes on, children in a California public school are celebrating the Day of The Dead! Yes, one of our sane judges has ruled this legal.

A recent University of Chicago national poll revealed that 67 percent of Americans "now profess a belief in the supernatural," and that 42 percent "believe they have been in contact with someone who died." Take a look at the size of the occult section of your local Barnes and Noble bookstore. Then count how many shelves are devoted to Christian books.
There is a television program called "Crossing Over" in which the host regularly consults with the dead spirits of audience members' loved ones. Despite the exposure of Miss Cleo as a fraud, psychic hotlines are a billion-dollar industry.
The Harry Potter books and movies are unprecedented best sellers. Harry is a child wizard who goes to school at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. There he learns how to cast spells, make magic potions and commune with the dead. Children are also introduced to the pagan beliefs of divination and reincarnation. These books are not harmless fantasies. The Harry Potter books indoctrinate young readers into the basic principles of witchcraft – all the while extolling its virtues.

HALOWEEN AND THE CHRISTIAN!
Good morning everyone. I thought I would take a break from my political postings and consider the holiday about to happen around the world. Although I do not claim to be an expert, I have studied the New Age Movement and the history of the occult going back to Babylon. Also I was priviliged to teach on Spirtual Warfare in my church several years ago using the Bondage Breaker series written by Neil Anderson. Because of what I learned, I decided that because we were Christians, we would not celebrate Halloween in our home.
This email came today and it is a composite explanation of Haloween. I thought my readers might enjoy looking into the day that America is about to celebrate. So hold on, you are about to enter the Twilight Zone!
ORIGINS and BELIEFS Based in Witchcraft
Most Halloween festivities are based on folk beliefs concerning supernatural forces and spirits of the dead. October 31 it was believed that the ghosts of the dead returned to earth. In addition to causing trouble and damaging crops, Celts thought that the presence of the otherworldly spirits made it easier for the Druids, or Celtic priests, to make predictions about the future. For a people entirely dependent on the volatile natural world, these prophecies were an important source of comfort and direction during the long, dark winter. November 1 is all saints day, but October 30 and 31 are devil's nights and some cities have fires set on those nights. Saints of the True GOD Jehovah, we are under more pressure from darkness and evil than ever before in our lifetimes! These are as the days of Noah's, only evil continually! October 31 is one of occult's 4 high holy days yearly. Satan is celebrating the whole month long.
The origins of Halloween go back as far as 5 B.C. where in Celtic Ireland, summer officially ended on October 31. The word Halloween has its origins in the Catholic Church, from a contraction of All Hallows Eve, or All Saint's Day. November 1 is a Roman Catholic day of observance in honour of saints. The Celtic people who occupied Europe divided the year into four major holidays. According to their calender, the year began on a day that corresponds with November 1st on our present day calender. The day also marked the beginning of winter, the time to move the cattle and sheep to a secure pasture closer to home. It also meant the end of the harvest and a time of celebration. It was believed that all the people that had died during the year would pass to the other side on this night. To aid in their journey, food was left out and bonfires were lit. To keep spirits from seeing their homes the Celts would extinguish the home fires and wear masks while heading for the bonfire. They believed the spirits were afraid of the fires and would pass by. When the missionaries came, they labeled all the Celtic holidays as evil. Church holy days were purposely set to coincide with native holy days. So he was doomed to wander the earth until the end of time, with only a single ember (carried in a hollowed out turnip) to warm him and light his way through the frigid darkness. The ember was placed inside a hollowed-out turnip to keep it glowing longer. The Irish used turnips as their "Jack's lanterns" originally. But when the immigrants came to America, they found that pumpkins were far more plentiful than turnips and easier to carve. So the Jack-O-Lantern in America was a hollowed-out pumpkin, lit with an ember. So, although some cults and devil worshippers may have adopted Halloween as their favorite "holiday," the day itself did not grow out of evil practices.

Good morning everyone. I thought I would take a break from my political postings and consider the holiday about to happen around the world. Although I do not claim to be an expert, I have studied the New Age Movement and the history of the occult going back to Babylon. Also I was priviliged to teach on Spirtual Warfare in my church several years ago using the Bondage Breaker series written by Neil Anderson. Because of what I learned, I decided that because we were Christians, we would not celebrate Halloween in our home.

STATES LOOKING FOR WAYS TO TAX THE INTERNET!
I have always said that if the government could figure out a way to tax the air that we breathe, they would do it. This is an article that really takes some thinking about. Have any of us ever asked our home State to show where all the money is going that they tax us out of? Where are the police for fiscal responsibility in regards to the money spent by state, federal and local governments? We have simply turned our money in and let the beauracrats spend it the way they see fit. When Georgia voted in the Lottery, they promised it was going for education. Also, our taxes on education are very high in my county. Yet, Georgia is next to last in education in the nation. Where is all the money going? Now they are figuring out a way to tax our activities on the Internet! No where else are we so lax with our money. Why you ought to sit in on some churches finance committee meetings! Don't do it, it would make you sick. Well why are the people (I am one of them) so lax with letting big brother spend their hard earned money? I think it would be nice if we the citizens started demanding budget hearings or at least fiscal reports to see what perks and votes our money is paying for.

A History: The Federal Reserve
