WHEN TRUTH IS LABELED HATE

I am posting an article below where we are told that Colin Powell has attacked the Christian Right. Let me say from the beginning that this does not suprise me because it is a known fact that Mr. Powell is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. You can read about this "Illustrious Organization" at: The Council on Foreign Relations and the Federal Reserve.

With such legislation as the Hate Crimes Bill being passed in our country, the control of free speech was put into place and with it passage comes the ability to label groups who do not agree with you. What Mr Powell has done is dangerous especially when those he has attacked are telling the truth. It is a sad day when someone can label the truth as hate speech.

When I read the article, I thought about the Prophet Elijah and his battle with the prophets of Baal in 1 Kings 18. I am sure if Elijah were alive today, he would be labeled a Hate Monger! The truth is needed now more than ever and I am proud for those who risk all to preach the whole council of God. I would just like to add that if our preachers can be labeled as hate mongers then so can we. I know of no minister of the Gospel who has called for bombing other people and killing the innocent. Just like Elijah they are being called to speak forth truth to a darkened world that hates it.
We need to pray for them and also stand firm on Biblical issues that are not popular today.

Powell attacks Christian right Oliver Burkeman in New York

"Colin Powell, the US secretary of state, condemned America's Christian right yesterday for propagating hatred against Muslims, in what appeared to be a coordinated White House campaign to confront anti-Islamic rhetoric from a constituency that includes some of the Bush administration's staunchest supporters.
Days after the televangelist Pat Robertson said on his Christian Broadcasting Network that "what the Muslims want to do to the Jews is worse" than the Holocaust, Mr Powell told a gathering in Washington: "This kind of hatred must be rejected."

The escalation in anti-Muslim comments from conservative Christians includes a recent claim by Jerry Falwell, the country's leading rightwing Baptist, that the prophet Mohammed was "a terrorist".

Veteran evangelist Jimmy Swaggart followed that this week by calling Mohammed a "sex deviant" and a pervert and demanding that Muslim students in the US be expelled. "We ought to tell every other Muslim living in this nation that if you say one word, you're gone," he said.

As the likelihood grows of a war in Iraq there are strategic benefits for the White House in convincing Muslims that it would not be a war against their religion.

The administration's increased willingness to confront the Christian right reflects the Republicans' sweeping victories in last week's mid-term elections, reducing Mr Bush's reliance on the extreme fringes of his supporter base."

ORWELLS VISION FOR AMERICA IS HERE

I wish I could post a happy article here today but the news I bring is not happy news! Two days ago, I saved an article to post about an Agency called the The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) . The truths found in these articles will shock you as to what is being planned for We The People. I have posted an article below by William Safire who is a respected conservative columnist and author. We must get active and oppose this thing by writing and calling our Congressmen and Senators to express our outrage.

The motto and symbol for this "Agency" pictures the Illuminist/Globalist symbol of the All Seeing Eye Of Osiris and a Pyramid. You can also find this picture on our one dollar bill. This is an occult symbol used by the NWO and such groups as the Masons. The symbol has been created in a way that it cannot be copied from the DARPA site and interestingly when I saved the first article on this topic, a picture of it was present and now has been removed. Therefore, I have provided a link below to the Darpa site so you can see it for yourself.

People this is really happening in America and we all need to alert all of our friends and family about this evil. We all must Think About this one because it is going to affect every avenue of our lives. Also, let us pray to the God of heaven to "keep us from the evil one".

You Are a Suspect

WASHINGTON — If the Homeland Security Act is not amended before passage, here is what will happen to you:

Every purchase you make with a credit card, every magazine subscription you buy and medical prescription you fill, every Web site you visit and e-mail you send or receive, every academic grade you receive, every bank deposit you make, every trip you book and every event you attend — all these transactions and communications will go into what the Defense Department describes as "a virtual, centralized grand database."

To this computerized dossier on your private life from commercial sources, add every piece of information that government has about you — passport application, driver's license and bridge toll records, judicial and divorce records, complaints from nosy neighbors to the F.B.I., your lifetime paper trail plus the latest hidden camera surveillance — and you have the supersnoop's dream: a "Total Information Awareness" about every U.S. citizen.

This is not some far-out Orwellian scenario. It is what will happen to your personal freedom in the next few weeks if John Poindexter gets the unprecedented power he seeks.

Remember Poindexter? Brilliant man, first in his class at the Naval Academy, later earned a doctorate in physics, rose to national security adviser under President Ronald Reagan. He had this brilliant idea of secretly selling missiles to Iran to pay ransom for hostages, and with the illicit proceeds to illegally support contras in Nicaragua.

A jury convicted Poindexter in 1990 on five felony counts of misleading Congress and making false statements, but an appeals court overturned the verdict because Congress had given him immunity for his testimony. He famously asserted, "The buck stops here," arguing that the White House staff, and not the president, was responsible for fateful decisions that might prove embarrassing.

This ring-knocking master of deceit is back again with a plan even more scandalous than Iran-contra. He heads the "Information Awareness Office" in the otherwise excellent Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, which spawned the Internet and stealth aircraft technology. Poindexter is now realizing his 20-year dream: getting the "data-mining" power to snoop on every public and private act of every American.

Even the hastily passed U.S.A. Patriot Act, which widened the scope of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and weakened 15 privacy laws, raised requirements for the government to report secret eavesdropping to Congress and the courts. But Poindexter's assault on individual privacy rides roughshod over such oversight.

He is determined to break down the wall between commercial snooping and secret government intrusion. The disgraced admiral dismisses such necessary differentiation as bureaucratic "stovepiping." And he has been given a $200 million budget to create computer dossiers on 300 million Americans.

When George W. Bush was running for president, he stood foursquare in defense of each person's medical, financial and communications privacy. But Poindexter, whose contempt for the restraints of oversight drew the Reagan administration into its most serious blunder, is still operating on the presumption that on such a sweeping theft of privacy rights, the buck ends with him and not with the president.

This time, however, he has been seizing power in the open. In the past week John Markoff of The Times, followed by Robert O'Harrow of The Washington Post, have revealed the extent of Poindexter's operation, but editorialists have not grasped its undermining of the Freedom of Information Act.

Political awareness can overcome "Total Information Awareness," the combined force of commercial and government snooping. In a similar overreach, Attorney General Ashcroft tried his Terrorism Information and Prevention System (TIPS), but public outrage at the use of gossips and postal workers as snoops caused the House to shoot it down. The Senate should now do the same to this other exploitation of fear.

The Latin motto over Poindexter"s new Pentagon office reads "Scientia Est Potentia" — "knowledge is power." Exactly: the government's infinite knowledge about you is its power over you. "We're just as concerned as the next person with protecting privacy," this brilliant mind blandly assured The Post. A jury found he spoke falsely before."

The One World Government is in place and every day we see the proponents of this plan become bolder. Joan Veon, in this article which literally blew me away, gives a roster of some of the United States participants. One person listed was Tom Ridge. As you know, this is the man responsible for creating our Homeland Security policy. What are they planning? Joan discusses some of the ideas in this World Net Daily article.

I think a few of the names of the participants will shock you as much as it did me but we need to be informed as to what our leaders are working towards in the future. CONSERVATIVE IDEAS : THE TIME HAS COME!

How many of you remember all of the great conservative slogans of the 60’s ?

Those were the days when the truth about what was happening to our government began to filter out to the people. We did not listen to those bold voices that warned of what was to come. Now we are watching as our government plays in the UN arena and acts subservient to it. Why is all of this happening? Could it be that we are witnessing the Global Government in its infancy begin to assume control.

America is seeing her lands confiscated by government. Our great nation is being unconstitutionally taxed beyond belief. We are slaves to a private banking cartel. Most of the judges and lawyers are getting rich off of this system and have no care to change it. Many politicians are bankers and lawyers and are perfectly happy with the present situation. The American people are content to watch, As The Stomach Churns, Filth For Tomorrow and Monday Night Football!

When Israel sinned and came under judgement from Almighty God, He pronounced several indictments on her. What was the sin of Israel? It was rebellion against God and you can read about it in Isaiah Chapter 1. One of these rebellions was the mistreatment of fellow citizens and the perversion of justice. In verse 23 of chapter 1 the Lord told Israel through his prophet that the rulers were “rebels, companions of thieves; they all love bribes and chase after gifts”. Sounds like some of our politicians today doesn’t it? This type of behavior is going on every day in American Courts. Also, these courts basically began kicking God out of every institution in the 1960’s. From that time it has only gotten worse as we have watched our freedoms erode.

Joseph Farah in an article on Saturday discusses the old conservative ideas and how President Bush can begin to turn things around in our country. Will he listen? I doubt it. We are on the globalization march and due to prophecy in scripture I believe we are witnessing the government of Anti-Christ being set up. However, I also believe that if the people in this country will repent and turn back to God, He will help us expose the evil and stand against it. May we all stand for the truth in this evil time!

Mr Farah list these suggestions for helping to turn our nation around.


1. Secure our borders: Nobody blames George W. Bush for Sept. 11. But if and when another dramatic terrorist attack occurs on his watch, he will be more accountable. If terrorists enter our country through our porous borders, Bush will deserve plenty of blame. It's time to defend our country. It's time to secure the borders against all intruders.

2. Cut taxes: The economy is still stumbling. President Reagan initiated the biggest peacetime economic expansion in the country's history with large tax cuts. John Kennedy did the same thing before him. We need bigger and deeper cuts than those approved by the last Congress. It's time to get this economic engine running on overdrive.

3. Get government off Americans' backs: Cut the red tape. Eliminate the bureaucracies. Close down agencies. Downsize the government. Now you have the power. Now you have the votes, Mr. Bush. If you don't do it, nobody ever will.

4. Reward Israel: For the last 12 years, the U.S. has pushed Israel into one corner after another – coercing the tiny Jewish state into a series of never-ending concessions to its hostile neighbors. Due to no fault of Israel's, that peace process has, once and for all, broken down. It's time for the president to keep one of his campaign promises – moving the U.S. Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem. This would be a great sign of encouragement to Israel as it faces terrorist attack after terrorist attack. It's the right thing to do.

5. Stop support of Palestinian Authority: It's time for the U.S. to change course in the Mideast. It's time to declare Yasser Arafat a terrorist enemy. It's time to cut off all aid – direct or indirect – to Arafat and his Palestinian Authority. This experiment has failed. We need to admit it.

6. Fire CIA director: It's time to rid the government of key Clinton holdovers like CIA Director George Tenet. Tenet is described in a new book as "perhaps (Yasser) Arafat's most loyal supporter in the Clinton administration." He has made one blunder after another as CIA director. If any man in government has more to answer for than Tenet after Sept. 11, I'd like to know who it is.

7. Emphasize civil defense: With threats from weapons of mass destruction wielded by terrorists and rogue nations alike, America needs to get serious about civil defense. No offense is good enough to protect America from future attacks from missiles and suitcase nukes. Bush must re-emphasize the imperative of building a strategic missile shield as well as a new shelter system for the American people.

8. Disengage from U.N.: Since the United Nations is not going to lift a finger to enforce its own sanctions against Iraq, it's time to recognize the U.S. doesn't need the U.N. It's time to disengage. It's time to protect our own national interests. It's time to reassert our own national sovereignty.

9. Reassert the primacy of the Constitution: Bush should tell Congress its authority – like his own – is strictly limited by the U.S. Constitution. He should suggest a radical change in Washington – from now on, all laws, all regulations, all presidential orders, all actions and decrees are going to be measured against the standard of the Constitution. If they don't pass muster, they go right into the circular file.

WILL ANYTHING CHANGE? THAT IS THE QUESTION.........

Now that the election excitement is calming down, the country is beginning to get back to normal. However, we cannot go back to business as usual! I think more than ever we must now get educated on the real issues facing this nation. Will there be change? Will the Republicans begin to help restore our Constitution and reverse Socialism?

In my studies I discovered that both parties have been controlled by the Money Masters(World Bankers) and must do their bidding. The goal of the International Bankers and the UN is a World Government and they will not stop just because the Republicans won this time. Have you wondered why Gorbachav is set up at the Presidio speaking and writing on the New World Order? Look at how our President bowed down to the UN on Iraq! So where do we go from here. I think it is imperative that we become more educated in the truth, get active writing our Congressmen and letting our voices be heard. It matters not what media you express the truth through even if it is just to a neighbor. It is like sowing seed in the garden. The people must be active in saving our beloved country.

I truly believe that the World Government is near and it is just going to take the right event to thrust the world into accepting it! Joan Veon has written a new article at the World Net Daily site and it is truly a subject to Think About! Here is a quote:

I read a book once entitled " Quo Vadis" which is a Latin term that means, where are we going. That is the big question. Now the Republicans have a chance to give us the answer and we will in a very short time begin to see what direction they will take. I fear it will be more of the same except in a kinder and gentler way. I pray I am proved wrong!

We need to pray for our leaders daily and petition the Lord to once again intervene in the affairs of this nation. I am praying that the evil trying to destroy our country will be further exposed. I also pray that the people will turn off the TV and begin to seek answers to our nation's dilemma.

Christians Around The World Set Aside Sunday To Pray For Persecuted!

Christian persecution is growing daily and many are being tortured and murdered for their faith. Sunday has been designated as a Day of Prayer for the persecuted believers in the world. I have to say that this article in the World Net Daily saddened me very much and I realized that I have not really given much thought to those who are suffering for the cause of Christ. I still believe that America is not immune to this and it could happen to the church here at any time. Rev. Martin Neimoller was a pastor in Nazi, Germany and suffered in the Sachsenhausen and Dachau concentration camps. Although he became a Pacifist and President of the World Council of Churches, a very leftist organization to say the least, he spoke some words that should ring true to believers at this time in history.
